Wow, I guess this is my first official blog entry since my friend Biray helped me with the previous one that was 1 sentence (thanks, Biray!). Blogging is like an online diary that anyone can read......which is exciting and frightening at the same time. The big question is, where to begin? (wait.....let me lay down on my back on a chaise and let it all out)........
Actually, I am typing this on my floor as we had to dismantle our computer desk to put it, and every other piece of furniture, toy, dirty undies, you-name-it, into our kitchen, garage, and bathrooms, in order to get the bedrooms, dining room, and family room re-carpeted. Of course it was worth it, but boy was it a pain in the ass. The new carpeting was installed a week ago and we are still putting everything back in it's place. So, the whole point to that story is, this entry can't be too long as I am getting old and can't sit my butt on the floor for more than 10 minutes before everything south of my belly button starts aching (shit, and I'm only 35!)
I'm going to change the title of my blog but I'm still finessing it. I'm a Type-A with a perfectionist complex, so I want it to be great! (that means you can count on a new title by November)
I want the title to reflect what my blog will be about, which is my crazy life with my 3 little rugrats (I type that affectionately) who I love with all my heart but also drive me insane. My oldest is G, who just turned 7. Then there's my classic middle child, N, who will be 5 in September. Lastly is KT who is 2 1/3 years old. I won't use their full names b/c if you know me, then you already know their names; and if you don't know me, then what does it matter? (Did I explain my Type-A makes me a bit paranoid in a safety-conscious sort of way?)
Am I digressing? What keeps me sane is my job as a group fitness instructor for a couple of places out here in Arizona. Exercise is the key to life and I wish more people could discover that instead of wanting to take a pill to fix whatever ails them. I'll talk about my classes, my family, and my never-ending quest of that fleeting feeling of total contentment.
Alright, it's been more than 10 minutes (I don't type THAT fast) and I'm feelin' it. I gotta stand up and move around!

Here are some ideas on what you can title your new blog:
1. Fitness in a Minivan
2. 3 Girls and a Fitness Place
3. 3-Stripes, You're Out (a nice little reference to adidas)
4. Chores and Cycling
5. Parenting & Pumping Iron
6. Marathon Mom
Okay... hope you find a title.
Congrats on your second post! Now, let's get one with Flickr pictures!
What about Pecs, Parenting, and Prozac?
If I use the 3 Stripes one, Adidas better pay me some money LOL
